Complaints handling

It is, of course, regrettable if you have a complaint about the service you have experienced or about our products. However, we kindly ask you to submit your complaint to our customer contact department via email.

Should you have any questions about our return policy, please first read through the return policy. This may answer your questions.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt; if we need more time, we will inform you.

If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Trusted Shops, of which Mooye Jewelry is a member. Should the mediation attempt, for any reason, not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee.
