Returns

If you wish to return a piece of jewellery for free within 30 days of receiving your order, please follow the procedure below:

Exceptions to returns

Gold pendants and custom-made products are specially made per order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. You fill in the withdrawal form (see form below) and send it to us;

2. Within 2 working days, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the return number/postcode where you can return your jewelry for free; Belgian customers must bear the postage costs themselves for returns to the address provided by us;

*** Please note!!! Our email may end up in your spam folder *** so please check it if you don't receive anything.

3. The return shipment remains at your risk;

4. After you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, you have 14 days to return the jewelry;

5. Upon receipt, we will inspect the shipment;

6. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification. If you have used one of our extra shipping options, the costs of this extra shipping option will not be credited.

7. As soon as the purchase amount is refunded to you, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of the received returns and the amount you will receive from us. We may, however, wait with the refund until we have received the jewelry back or until you have proven that you have sent it.

We must adhere to the applicable conditions as literally determined by the ACM = Authority for Consumers and Markets:

‘’The entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without undue delay and within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal (moment of dissolution). The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

If the consumer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.’’

If you wish to exchange a piece of jewelry within 30 days of purchase, the above procedure also applies.
In addition, you can reorder and pay for the correct piece of jewelry.
