Within Belgium and all EU countries, we offer the following shipping options:

  • For purchases of €50.00 or more: free letterbox package shipping with track & trace.

After you have placed your order and payment has been received, your order will be shipped.

IDEAL, Mr. Cash, PayPal and Riverty payments will be shipped immediately after your payment. Mooye Jewelry strives for the best service by always being available for questions about your order. You can reach us 7 days a week and 24 hours a day by e-mail.

Direct available from our own stock

Every product from the Mooye® Collection is available for immediate delivery. We ship directly from our own warehouse in the Netherlands and your order will be prepared for shipment on the day it is placed. If a product is not in stock, this will be clearly indicated on the product page on our website. We have 99.9% of our range well in stock!

Your order confirmation always by email

When you place an order with us, you will always receive an order confirmation by email, a payment confirmation after payment, and a shipping confirmation when we ship your order. If you have not received these, there are 2 possibilities: either you provided an incorrect email address or the emails ended up in your spam box, which we unfortunately have no control over. Tip: Always check your spam box before contacting us.

Branded jewellery

In addition to the Mooye® Collection, we also sell branded jewellery. Some of these items are in stock, and this is indicated with each product. If an item is not in stock, we have indicated the delivery time.

No delay with Ideal, PayPal, Mister Cash payment or Riverty.

If you choose one of the payment methods listed above, your order will be packed and shipped immediately.

Delay in bank transfer

If you choose to pay in advance for your order, please allow for a transfer time depending on your bank. Once your payment is received, the order will be shipped immediately.

No additional taxes or VAT

At Mooye Jewelry, you don't pay any extra costs or VAT, these are included in the prices.

Delivery of your order

If you are not at home

Orders are sent in a sturdy letterbox package, so even if you are not at home, you will automatically receive our package in your letterbox. If you have chosen the Registered Mail option, you will need to sign for the package yourself.

Delivery to a different address

It is possible to have an order delivered to an address other than the billing address. This option is offered to you during the ordering process. This is useful if you want to surprise someone with a gift, for example. We always include a packing slip with the order. If you do not want the packing slip to be included, please state this in the comments field. You can, of course, also contact us for your specific wishes.

Who delivers?

Shipments are handled by POST.nl. Delivery days in the Netherlands are Tuesday to Saturday.
